This page is a practical privacy summary for the demo site. Final legal language should be reviewed before a broad public launch.
When you request a demo, AI Employee Service may use the business name, niche/category, website URL, contact details, service notes, FAQs, offer details, customer problems, and related information you provide to create a personalized preview.
If you provide a website URL, the system may review publicly available website content to summarize the business and build a simulated demo experience. If no website is provided, the demo can be generated from the business name, category, and optional details.
Demo generation may use AI, hosting, database, analytics, CRM, communication, and payment providers as needed to operate the demo, trial, support, and follow-up experience.
If you start a trial or purchase service, billing records, subscription status, usage records, support history, and account activity may be processed to operate the account, prevent abuse, calculate utility usage, and provide support.
If you request follow-up, support, or trial setup, AI Employee Service may contact you using the information you provide. SMS or phone features may require separate consent, registration, and opt-out handling before they are enabled.
On our public homepage and home cleaning page, we count visible visits with random first-party cookies. Visit cookies last up to 30 minutes. Browser and source cookies last up to 30 days and work across aiemployeeservice.com and demo.aiemployeeservice.com. We store page and campaign labels, times, and random browser IDs. We do not store IP addresses, raw query strings, referrer URLs, or contact fields in this tracking data. Accepted voluntary demo requests can be linked to the source post, and an existing linked live trial can be counted. Known bots and Facebook image previews are skipped. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browser counts are estimates, not identities.
Demo request information is used to operate AI Employee Service, create previews, provide follow-up, and support the account. It is not intended to be sold as a lead list.
