Terms

Demo, trial, usage, and SMS terms.

This page is a practical customer-facing terms summary for the demo site. Final legal language should be reviewed before broad public launch.

Demo previews

Demo outputs are previews created from information you provide, public website content, and AI-generated assistance. They do not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, exact pricing, operational availability, or legal compliance.

30-day trial and utility usage

The monthly subscription may include a 30-day free trial. The subscription fee may be free during the trial, but AI voice, chat, messaging, automation, phone, email, and platform utility usage may still be billed from actual usage. A card may be required to prevent abuse and cover utility costs during the trial.

Usage examples are estimates

Usage examples on this site are estimates only. Actual costs can vary based on call length, chat volume, message delivery, enabled features, AI model costs, carrier costs, and platform rates.

Cancellation

Customers should cancel before the trial ends if they do not want the monthly subscription to begin. Utility usage already incurred may remain billable. Cancellation stops future subscription billing according to the billing settings in effect, but it may not erase prior usage charges.

Phone numbers and SMS

SMS/texting and dedicated phone number features are optional unless included in a specific setup package. They may require phone number purchase, carrier registration, A2P/10DLC setup, campaign vetting, proper consent language, opt-out handling, and additional fees before texting is enabled.

Carrier and A2P fees

Carrier registration, campaign vetting, monthly campaign fees, phone number fees, SMS/MMS segments, voice minutes, and carrier pass-through charges may be billed separately from the monthly subscription. Registration approval timing and carrier decisions are not guaranteed.

SMS consent and opt-out

Where SMS is enabled, customers are responsible for using proper opt-in consent, message disclosures, and opt-out handling. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported. Do not use SMS campaigns without confirming that the required consent and registration steps are complete.

Email and marketing messages

Marketing messages should identify the sender, avoid misleading claims, and include a practical way to opt out where required. Customers are responsible for the content and compliance of their own campaigns.

No professional advice

AI Employee Service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. Review your own business requirements with qualified professionals before relying on any automation for regulated communications, billing, or customer outreach.
